Diversity & Inclusion Mindset

A journey of self-awareness to acknowledge and value differences by creating a more tolerant, inclusive attitude in the workplace.

Description

Workplaces today are made up of a diverse mix of different ethnic groups, religions, genders, physical abilities, sexual orientations and lifestyles.  Being inclusive is about acknowledging and valuing these differences and treating everyone with dignity and respect.  Often unconscious bias stunts an organisation’s ability to embrace diversity and achieve business excellence.

You are invited to step out of your comfort zone and attend an inspirational, transformative experience to help you embrace diversity, minimise its risks and realise the benefits its presents.  This includes creating a more inclusive, tolerant and productive workplace where everyone can be their best version.

This programme is a blend of Mark’s charismatic wisdom, and hilarious wit, coupled with mindfulness techniques and his personal real-life experiences.  It offers a practical, no-hype perspective on realising one’s full potential and personal growth.  It will stimulate you intellectually, move you emotionally and leave you with new realisations and a changed perspective on life.
