The Changing Your Mind takes a close look at what makes you human from a biological and physics perspective and uncovers the relationship between your body, conscious mind and subconscious mind.   You will also learn that it’s not reality that shapes us but rather the lens through which our brains view the world that shapes our reality, and by changing the lens, not only can we change our happiness, but we also change our daily outcomes at the same time.  

During the 10 hours of to-the-point content & exercises, we will cover 6 important topics:

  2. The Powerful Nervous System:  Mission Control of the human body.
  3. The Conscious & Subconscious Mind:  The Captain and Autopilot.
  4. How We Sense Reality Through Filters:.  Our five senses and filter system.

  6. Installing Daily Happiness Habits:  Cultivating a culture of gratitude and kindness.
